We got the membership when an item we wanted to buy had extra member discount, which already covered the membership cost itself and still left us with some extra savings. It got even better when more member discounts were discovered down the road. Overall pretty good value!

I rarely purchase insurance on appliances, nor do I purchase additional programs such as this one. However, this deal was exceptional and we have definitely benefited from it. Worth the money.

I accepted the membership because of the benefit of getting a retroactive discount on purchases for items that went on sale at a later date. This saved me 50% on my purchase. That more than paid for the annual membership fee. I also have access to special member discounted pricing and deals throughout the year. Good value. Plus, I'm supported a LOCAL retailer who employs local residents. The sales staff was competent and knowledgeable. What a great experience.

Good value. Great offers and benefits. I plan to upgrade to the higher tier when I upgrade my iPhone this next time. I’m also going to start buying my phones through Best Buy now instead of AT&T.

This membership is amazing. I signed up for the membership on the day that I bought my computer monitor and saved around $50 on the purchase. This membership allows you to bring in devices that you didn't even buy at Best Buy for repair, plus you get all kinds of special discounts throughout the year. It is definitely worth considering.

I have been a Best Buy customer for many years, and have purchased computers, laptops, televisions, and even an electric toothbrush, and have been treated, always, professionally and courteously.

This is one of the best store in the state- they are pretty cool and knowledgeable- while some salespeople may need a little more experience in customer service, but for the experience is awesome
