Having a plus membership has been valuable in purchasing several products— headphones, a Starlink kit and discounts on many other potential purchases. I felt like I got priority service when buying a Starlink and my return. I got the membership so I would get an extended return period and it was well worth it!

I bought a laptop right after it was on sale. I bought the membership to get the sale price if the laptop went on sale again. The laptop did go back on sale, I contacted the service people and the difference was refunded back to me. The call and the process only took a few minutes.

The value seems great but I did not use the benefits of the membership.

Use it a lot to try out new peripherals and this allows me to get a month or two with the item in hand to see if I want it or if there are any defects that show up eventually. Best Buy always ensures I can return unwanted items hassle free. Discounts are nice sometimes too.

Should save you some money if you buy from Best Buy often..

My son wanted to return a product but was past the return date policy. By purchasing the membership the return date was extended and we were able to get the refund we were wanting.

If you're needing the options to return for an extra 30 days, its not bad. Beyond that, I'm not really seeing a purpose. The "exclusive" member deals see to be anything but. Could just be me overlooking something but everything I've seen has been available to everybody. It's pretty much a service they hope you'll forget about in a year and get the auto renewal. For me, at least, its been pretty pointless. Do your research and save yourself the extra money.

I love this membership. Very practical and is worth the price. The help I get is wonderful and always got updates on my purchases. All the items I have bought here have been backed up perfectly with membership.

Most of my purchases are business related, and having the Plus membership helps ensure that we have the coverage and assistance needed for our equipment.

Very helpful staff and having the app made it very simple and convenient to make payments.

Just having the extended return time makes this absolutly worth it. Because price matching is only available during the return window. So having a bit longer incase something changes in price after the regular time is nice. Its saved me money on several occasions that more than paid for itself.

By purchasing the membership I was able to save $1,600 on a new refrigerator and when it was delivered, the guy noticed it had a ding in the door and they made it right by offering us a new door or a $500 gift card.

Good deal any good service you can find most of the stuff in stores
