The washer and dryer work very well no problems at the moment. Workers who installed the machines made sure to be careful with them. Best services ever!

It was easy to sign up and seems as there was and will be great savings for my family. The assistance or should I say ongoing assistance I have received from samsung salesman Ray, geek squad coordinator Elvis and the installation setup team of David and Steve is just fantastic.

I like the membership and what it offers to the customers. Items I bought were good. I really like the way everyone works there. Billy the manager who ran the store that day is an awesome guy. I bought stuff from him and other associates of the Best buy 63125 south county, saint louis too everyone is great.

They price matched a tv that I bought, had to go to the store to do it. Bought a new iPad and they switched over all my stuff from my old one and I was able to trade it in at a very fair price. I would recommend purchasing this product.

The Best But Plus membership really helped me with my recent purchase of a Tv and a Vacuum cleaner. The 0% interest I got for the purchase from the membership was really great. I even took the Best Buy Gold Visa credit card, which gave me benefit from that also.

Best buy plus has truly saved me so many times. I’m a very indecisive person so sometimes i truly cannot make up my mind! Thankfully this plan helps with the 60 day return policy!

I got the membership with a promotional gift card for signing up. Without the promotion I would have never purchased the membership. I think that the typical 2 week return policy of this store is offensive compared to competitors and having to purchase a membership to increase the return window takes advantage of customers. I neeeever use Geek Squad, in my location its a disappointment but I am tech savvy and do computer builds and electronic stuff on my own. Furthermore, I am a member of another club that, for example, doubles the manufacturers warranty so for a notebook I get a two year warranty instead of just one. Why would I settle for 2 or 4 weeks? Absurd. Gave 5 stars since it didnt cost me money and I've saved $7 on a purchase so far. Maybe if you buy a lot of BB stuff and like GS its a win but hard for me to recommend based on my use. I do most of my purchases at BB via Deal of the Day and buy things I dont plan on returning.

The membership is a fantastic value for any shopper at Best buy whether you shop regularly like me or just every now and then. The savings opportunities are amazing. Special prices for members. That's a fantastic quality to have in your membership. The extended return policy gives you the opportunity to experience your purchase without worrying about whether or not it fits in to your lifestyle. That's that's a huge opportunity that no one really offers. I have spent so much time talking to knowledgeable people that really understand where I'm coming from in store and in chat. Rather it's trying to figure out what fits inside my PC setup that was all brand new from the ground up purchased from Best Buy, or just talking about new exciting things coming to the tech world, or just the amazing culture that lives in my store, in Huntsville, Alabama, and I know many other stores, it's always a great experience. The ability to not have to worry about returning something if it goes down in price and just having the price match done online without having to go into the store. It is just a simplicity that isn't available at any retailers I can think of. This membership is really priceless.

The service is there when you need it and there's no time lock as well. If you have high end electronics is good to have in the event something goes wrong!

I bought membership for added protection and peace of mind. While LG provides 2 yr service you have to go through them for any warranty repairs and they assign an outside company to repair. I was told I might have to pay a service call fee. They typically run around $50-100. By paying $49 a year I get the Geek Squad to fix at no extra cost. Contract self renews but you can cancel before renewal date. Thought it a reasonable offer.

I would recommend because you got two months to return items if you decide to not like them in two months, which is enough time to decide if you’re gonna keep something or not
