    This is the first membership I agreed to regarding purchasing of products from Best Buy. It is excellent & I ma glad I signed up. Covers many scenarios , right down to food spoilage . Bought an expensive new LG refrigerator & feel totally protected by its guaranteed services.

    We have found that using My Best Buy Plus membership has been a very good experience and quite beneficial. We were able to make purchases immediately for items that were needed and make easy monthly payments.

    I would give a better review if it was just about the customer service, but i specifically got this in case anything happened with my daughters new tablet i bought at the same time. Little over 2 weeks later the tablet wont turn on. Everyone tells me its probably a manufacturer defect, but i need to a schedule an appointment with Geek Squad cause blue shirts cant if it works or not. So i schedule an appointment and make time out of my day to come in and have someone in a black shirt take a look at it and tell me the exact same thing, but they dont do repairs in store, so they will.have to send it out and i should have it backnin 2-3 weeks. Ive been keeping track of the status and not only are they not done confirming its a dud,it hasnt even made it to the repair site yet? Its been 20 days. You ask for a review on my membership, and i tell you if this is the kind of treatment you get if you pay for it, i shudder too think what normal customers deal with. Im not confident i will be keeping this membership.

    Could not find help phone numbers seems like only wants to work as text conversation which I do not like

    The team at this store (in Poughkeepsie, NY) are absolutely THE best. And I was very happy to purchase my device and this plan. I generally don’t buy plans but this was essentially a super value - and easy decision.

    I purchased a washer and dryer from BEST BUY Tina sold them to and she is an excellent sales person and knows her job well. Zion in the computer department assist me with a iPad and help to install my apps from the old iPad to the new iPad Air.very helpful and considerate to me.

    So far my experience has been really great - multiple of my purchases have had discounts of hundreds of dollars. I got it on a whim when a tv I was buying was offering $300 off but it’s come in handy many times since.

    This is my first year with the Best Buy plus membership. I was hoping it would be more useful for me than it was. I wanted to buy a kitchen aid and I found it on Amazon for a cheaper price than the website. However, when I went to price match in the store I was told that, as a plus member, I would be getting it at the same price as Amazon. If Best Buy price matched already, why do I need to pay for a membership that’ll give me the same price as if I would’ve just price matched it? It doesn’t really seem like it’s benefiting me in any way. But, again, maybe I just need to see if there’s better deals on other things that it could be useful for.

    I bought both an iPad Pro and the Plus program on 5/15/2026. The same iPad Pro was on sale memorial week of 2026, $50 lower than I paid for it less than 30 days earlier. The plus program entitled me to get the $50 lower price; but I was denied the Plus program benefit when I went to a Best Buy store to claim it. I spent too much time at the store for it; it was not worth my time so I gave up my effort to claim it.
