It gave me the peace of mind knowing that if the price went down over the first 60 days after purchase I would be able to get the lower price. We also get daily deals with great prices.

I needed a new cell phone and didn't have money to pay for one. So i went to best buy and applied for a best buy credit account. The agent in the store helped me with the application and in chosing a phone. Needless to say I was approved for the account and i got the phone i wanted. And the whole process only took less than45 minutes. Thanks best buy.

Staff is knowledgeable & friendly. However, the checkout desk is sometimes understaffed even though there are other staff working around the store.

I stopped in to replace my antiquated iPad since I was unable to install Microsoft 365. The salesperson was great. Not only did I buy a new iPad 11 and the new Microsoft 365 subscription but the Best Buy membership was completely paid for by immediate discounts by my purchaces.
