Definitely worth it! I love the price match option and perks that come along with the membership

It isn't necessarily the Buy Plus that deserves four stars, it is the service I received when buying the program. Waited about 30 minutes for an associate to help me in cell phones (I think there were only 2 employees in the whole store). The process of returning the defective phone I purchased and buying a replacement was awful.

Appreciate the customer survice that I received today at Orem parkway with Sam. I like that you got and, we looking for…, I like that the price was good, and more than anything I like the customer service, they had answers to my questions, time matters to me and everything was right and time with finding the right products and answering all my all my questions

Definitely can save you some money on purchases here and there but, it is another subscription you must keep track of that can cost you more than you save through out the years

No issues with my membership. Honestly don't know many of the perks. Obviously there was a plus side to it or I wouldn't have paid for it.

If you go to best buy a lot or even for a few items, as long as they're on like where you can get reward points.It's honestly not that bad

I love the return policy , gives me time to try out the product or if have any defects I can swap out a new one instantly. Plus the deals come in handy for quick gifts

TV screen goes to idle mode while streaming YouTube and some other show. Auto AI function doesn't work properly with change in light, always too dim. Picture quality is not bad.

This membership has paid for itself with just a few purchases. The "Plus" price is often not really much better than the sale price for the same item/s from other retailers, but every once in a while, a truly spectacular deal comes through. We purchased a new Samsung Induction Range for our kitchen, which is an appliance that tends to be rather expensive. The price on Best Buy Plus was less than 1/3 the full retail price and over $1500 less than the next closest sale price we could find from any other retailer. We don't know why the price was so insanely low. One might think it's a bad product that should be avoided when priced like that, but it has hundreds of excellent reviews (4.5 stars average) from many different users across multiple retailers and we have had a first class experience with it. We couldn't pass up such a "screaming" deal on something we've had our eye on for some time. We also bought a pair of Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers on a screaming deal. The sale price on the controllers was low enough to offset the cost of the membership while still be a little lower than the cost for the same items anywhere else. That made the Plus membership a pretty easy sell for us.

Best Buy is my favorite place for appliances. They're friendly and trustworthy, their prices are fair, and when you ask questions about a product, if it no longer works, they either replace it or give you your money back.

I joined this program when I made a rather large purchase for a TV and sound system. A short while later four of the products I purchased went on sale. Went to Best Buy and they cheerfully credited me the difference because of the club membership resulting in a return of the membership cost by a factor of 20 times. Obviously, I am very pleased with my decision to join.
