I had an issue with my new laptop which required a screen per Apple. Best Buy my laptop fully unlocked into an area behind the registers for 5 to 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Then after all that they said they would not service the unit and they are Best Buy and not affiliated with AppleCare at all. I will never buy another Best Buy product again. This is the third time I have been burned on a major purchase

The two days shipping free, and 60 days price protection on most items that would benefited subscribers. For me, I only make occasional purchases so it will not benefit me for subscribing the Best Buy Plus.
