They always take care of me - whether it's my home entertainment system - btw, I love my Sonos setup throughout my house, or computers for my kids, or work computers, or random tech for the house. Best Buy Plus is well worth it if you love Best Buy!

This works great for the grandparents. They only play online games and have learned to use google. So they are loving it

This service saved me big time. I had a tv malfunction due to a manufacturing error and was outside the 14 day standard return policy. Due to the 60 extended window with the plus i was able to exchange the 77inch tv for a new one very easily great safty net in this day and age of less reliable tech.

My membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are the best. Also, I love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!!!!

I am not sure what the benefits of this membership is. May have missed some document explaining it. All I know is we are being inundated by Best Buy emails.

My son loves the trucks because the wheels move in different direction he loves the bright colors

I may not use the benefits of my membership all the time, but always knowing that I have the services that I need when i need them is anyways a privilege to be grateful for.

I really think I will benefit from this 50$ a year membership. With the extended returns, fast shipping and exclusive prices I’m sure it will pay for itself in no time! If you want to up your game and get insurance on most products from Best Buy they have a 180$ yearly plan that will even support AppleCare and more! It’s a really great idea if you’re a tech guy like me.

So we got the plus membership to save money on our purchase but very disappointing because when we checked out we chose the 30.00 best buy mobey instead of the interest free and we still never got yhe 30.00

Saved me a lot didn’t use it much but when I do it amazing

My membership record shows that I use the option to have my purchase receipt emailed to me. This allows the clerk to simply check that option during the ring-up of the sale, and saves me the trouble of entering my email address at each purchase.
