Well worth the money even if you don’t shop there everyday!!!

Bought my tv sooner than when it was on sale. Due to the 60 day price protection, with my plus membership I was able to save another $200 and got the TV I wanted before it sold out.

Signing up for membership was fast, easy and simple while being assisted by the Best Buy sales representative.

It's a good service that gives some amazing price cuts. My only complaint is the lack of widespread use. Best Buy doesn't have a huge selection of goods and not many of them use the discounts brought by this membership. It's great, but could be better.

Deals are pretty good, normally $50 off, however the items the deals on are on are very select. Like for pc parts, you won't find anything, but you can find decent deals on appliances

Basic annual plan is inexpensive enough to keep it active. Not being an active consumer, benefits other than Geek Squad access not really worth it for me.

Ended up saving more in a year than I paid for the membership so that was a plus. Also gave me a bigger window for returns so I had peace of mind when buying a new electronic device

This membership is just to put you on paying $50 a year you will only be good if you buy phone every year or change TV every year it might be good for me it's a loss of $50 year for free

Feels like a strange thing to write a review for and I normally wouldn’t but this membership has actually paid off more than enough to justify the cost. It may not be for everybody, but between appliances, electronics, and gaming. We have saved a decent bit over the normal deals with the member pricing.

This membership is the real deal. I got an open box monitor confidently because i knew i could return it easily. The benefits give me confidence i did not know i needed

We were in the market for a TV but unsure of the difference between all the options. The employee took his time to walk us through everything and find a great Sony 75 inch TV!

Plus has saved me over $300 on member exclusive prices, and extended my return policy to 60 days. I love how I can rely on Best Buy for the products I need vs struggling at other retailers. The two day free shipping comes in handy especially when you can get items shipped the very nice day at zero charge

So far the benefits have been decent. Discounts on Legos, video games, and movies have all been very nice. However, with the announcement that Best Buy will no longer be carrying physical media - mainly Blu-rays and DVDs - it's hard to overlook that I'm losing value with this membership. And I can only imagine it'll be a matter of time before physical video games are no longer carried, either. (The game section at my local store is already a fraction of what it once was). Having the membership for more frequent purchases such as physical media really does add value. I can buy multiple movies or games and enjoy the benefits of the membership consistently, but I only need to buy an appliance or electronic device maybe every few years. I likely will not renew my membership once it expires.

Inappropriate Language? Machines that censor thoughts and communications? Your clerk failed to tell me that Your Company was pulling my FICO score when I purchased a product. I own 5 companies and have a net worth exceeding $5 Million. I was denied credit possibly due to false information your company obtained, without informing me why. I'm undecided as to whether or not to report your company to the authorities, since you had no right to pull a credit check without my authorization. Your product (a small printer) was sold under false pretenses. Thus, we have no trust in your operations or training of staff. Needless to say, we will spend our roughly $15K per year IT budgets elsewhere. More irritating is that we would have simply paid cash or credit for the item but obviously you have pressured your staff to aggressively push "up sales" and all of the other nonsense that typifies our failing culture. The clerk, Mr. Gallagher I think was his name, was cordial and did nothing wrong, but should have been trained to inform customers when you pull a FICO surprise on them. The clerk was trying so hard to sell a "Membership" to meet his own goals, or respond to hype from your management. Who knows? I may complain to our authorities, but your damage has been done when my personal FICO score dropped 2 points from this nonsense. In modern America, I suppose you will ignore this, or a human will never see this. Sell the stock, folks. And I have wasted yet another 20 minutes of my time for nothing. Dr. Boege
