This membership was well worth it! Ha ing the support from staff and the geek squad is awesome! Not to mention the protection plans that I was able to actually afford for my new washer/dryer, Samsung computer monitor and Bose speaker!

Its a good service to have. Much better than the standard rewards plan. I needed a product replaced. I needed one replaced in the past. But with this service. I had a better experience. Since they were on the protection plan. They replaced them with the full purchase amount. Plus allowed ne to upgrade and pay the price difference.

Protection plans are great! Got it with our television and it was really helpful.

An overall enjoyable experience to shop at Best Buy the title says it all. The employees are excellent informative and friendly. I really enjoy shopping there and highly recommend.

This was is not as good as the best buy protect. I would not recommend. Spend the extra money on the higher value purchases. it might save you alot of heartache in the future

I got my Best Buy plus over Black Friday because the combination of three gifts had a plus discount greater than the fee. It does have discounts but they seem to be on the same items (like TCL TVs). The extended return time and free shipping on everything are nice perks but alone aren’t worth that much to me as larger ticket items get free shipping anyway and tech you usually know what you are getting. There are discounts for services like tv mounting and calibration but you usually know you are going to do it in advance and then can see if the discount is worth the membership fee. Not totally worthless but for most you would join only because you knew the math worked out for a specific purpose.

I feel better knowing that I can return my items for a longer period of time.

Good value, however have not used it very much this year.

The washer and dryer I purchased full-filled my needs and expectations. The dimensions and options are perfect for my laundry area. The customer service and knowledgeable salesperson made purchasing large appliances “quick and easy”!

I had a lot of issues getting the discount on my subscription for Norton Anti-virus on my new laptop.

Got almost $30 back in rewards through the year. Extended refund time is a nice perk.
