Membership is a great value and like the automatic protection plan on everything I purchase. Also the extended return policy is very nice as I like to test and use product; comes in handy if not satisfied with purchase.

It’s been a while since we were members. It’s that time where several things need attention. Nice to know we can go to Beat Buy and that purchases will be serviced by Geek Squad.

I recently purchased the My Best Buy Plus™ - Yearly Membership and, to be honest, I haven't found it to be very useful so far. While the idea of member pricing and perks is appealing, I haven't made enough purchases to justify the annual cost. The discounts on the items I was interested in were minimal, and I would have been better off just waiting for a general sale. I also haven't needed to take advantage of the extended return window or free 2-day shipping often enough to feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Unless you are a very frequent or big-ticket Best Buy shopper, the value proposition of this membership is quite limited

Excellent discounts provided by the membership, offered to us by the store manager in Springfield, VA. He ensured we got membership credit for recent TV purchase in addition to in-store discounts. Received free recycling of old TV. Thanks!

Good membership and worth it Definitely high recommend

Bought the plus membership when I got a $20 reward certificate so really only paying $30 should brak even with the savings on one large ticket item. Nice to also have an extended return period but will have to be put to the test to really see how well it holds up.

Its a good service to have. Much better than the standard rewards plan. I needed a product replaced. I needed one replaced in the past. But with this service. I had a better experience. Since they were on the protection plan. They replaced them with the full purchase amount. Plus allowed ne to upgrade and pay the price difference.
