This membership is a real value! The rewards and Best Buy plus benefits and discounts are amazing!

I did not make enough purchases to save money, so to me it was a loss because the membership cost me more than I have saved in the 7 months that I have had it. You have to shop at Best Buy often plus like the specific deals. The savings were always on items I didnt care to purchase.

This membership is amazing. My apple pencil stopped working just after i bought it. I took it to the Geek Squad and they helped me out. They were kind and supportive. I got a new pencil and use it every day! Thank you guys!

It’s ok I guess. I haven’t really had to use it other than the first time I bought it to get a discount on an item I was using. We’ll see if it’s worth it.

Perfect for getting great gifts! As an example I got certificates for $235 and bought $400 headphones for only $58.

Haven't used it much yet other than to get a refund on a price drop after a purchase I made. Hope to put more use to it soon with the holiday season upon us.

Having the membership saved me a little when the unit went on sale, but I did not get the fullyprice of the membership back.

I bought a cell phone and a nice lady from Best Buy set it up for me & explained how to work the things it does on it. She was very patient with me as I am an older woman.

I have only made a handful of purchases that benefited from My Best Buy Plus. One purchase even had a little more money off because of the membership. So, with the discounts from the Best Buy Citi Visa Card paired with the BB Plus Membership. I have already covered the subscription price, and I have many more months to purchase other items with quick shipping. Be sure to watch for those special days Best Buy offers member only pricing on a bunch of items.

If you are a Best Customer and rely on them for your Tech, TV's and Accessories, this is a great decision. 1st, you get a discount on your first purchase, 2nd, you find out about sales, specials and new products before anyone else. 3rd, if necessary, you have 90 days to return a product or get a credit if you find the same product at a better price. I've been loyal to Best Buy for years and they have always treated me great. This is just a good decision and you realize a benefit immediately.
