This has been incredibly convenient, especially for smaller items that I would typically purchase online. Early Access to Sales: Members get early access to major sales events, allowing me to snag the best deals before they're available to the general public. This has been particularly useful during the holiday season and other promotional periods. Extended Return Period: The extended return window is another great benefit. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have more time to decide if a product is right for me without rushing the decision. My old iPad died so I had to get a new one asap- I use the iPad a lot! My new one is similar but a slightly larger screen; a few enhanced buttons, etc. I chose blue (very pretty). I rejoined the Geek Squad and they set everything up for me. Perfect. I like the security knowing they will take care of all my devices.

The benefit to be able to have the 2 month window to return is unbeatable. Also, being able to catch electronics and toys at exclusive discounts is great. You need to proactive and see all the memebership discounts to get your money's worth and more

I went into Best Buy Plus expecting a little more day-to-day value based on how it’s described. The benefits are fine on paper, but in actual use I didn’t find much that meaningfully changed my buying experience. The extended return window is probably the most useful perk, but outside of that, the savings and exclusives felt situational rather than consistent. If you’re someone who makes frequent purchases or larger electronics buys throughout the year, I can see how this might pay off. For more occasional shoppers, the value isn’t immediately obvious. I ended up getting the membership at little to no cost, so I don’t regret trying it, but if I had paid full price, I’d have expected clearer, more tangible benefits. Not a bad program — just one that makes the most sense for a specific type of customer.

If you shop at Best Buy pretty often, the Plus membership can actually be worth it. The longer return window is super helpful (especially if you’re indecisive with tech), and the member-only deals can save you a decent amount over time. It also just feels nice having a little extra flexibility when buying expensive stuff.

Great service! The sales person, Josh H. at the Pensacola store in Cordova mall is fantastic! He's so knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful. I just can't say enough nice things about him. He helped me find the perfect laptop for me. I'm thrilled with it!

Overall, the My Best Buy Plus membership offers some nice perks like free shipping and exclusive deals, which definitely help if you shop often. However, I wish the discounts were a bit more consistent and that there were more special offers for members. Still, it’s a good option if you buy electronics regularly and want a little extra convenience.

They are incredibly light, stay put during sprints, and the switch to USB-C charging is a long-overdue win. If you need to hear traffic while listening to your podcasts or music, these are easily the best in the category

I had recently bought a new computer from Best Buy. Unexpectedly I ended up in the hospital and never got to set my computer up until after the fifteen day return policy expired. Upon setting up my computer, we found out it had major hardware corruption issues. Not knowing what to do, I asked Best Buy for advice. The manager, Collin not only took care of the problem, but I got some money back since the computer was now on sale. He signed me up for the Plus plan which now gave me more time to see if any more problems arose with my NEW computer that he had shipped to me the same day! On a Sunday! I was so overwhelmed by his kindness, I cried. In a crazy world, this young man was tops!! Top rating for his service and his human kindness !! And now I am getting a 25.00 reward toward purchases. I have this plan for a year and will never go without it again!

Membership got me free delivery on a new TV and added peace of mind for any tech issues with said TV. However-- for an annual membership price I would expect a year of membership. When I called in to cancel it so it wouldn't renew 10 months from now (once I've forgotten it), I was told the membership (and related perks) would be canceled immediately. I had the membership fee waived as part of some campaign, so it's no skin off my back, but if I had paid the sticker price I would be much more annoyed. Cancellation process needs improvement. Not sure I'll purchase again. 4 stars

If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership pays for itself. It’s not just a loyalty program, I do really think it’s a smarter way to shop.

Best Buy has always been a go to. Even more in today’s competitive market with no brick and mortar locations anymore. Best Buy always has what I’m looking for. Thank you Best Buy for allowing my family to set up our new home with our Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer & Sonos Home Theater Equipment.
