The unlimmited Geek Squad support is great. However, my last experience was not up to the standard I have come to expect. I was basically told I needed a new computer. Well, I believe I will before too long but I was eventually able to get everything working better again.

Well I just don't know what I would ever do without my Terry and my Cody. Seriously. Two young, brilliant, kind, patient, helpful men. Always there always take care of me.

I saved a few hundred bucks with this with the various deals over the last year, which was nice. And the current Switch 2 deal is a nice perk. I just wish there were more member benefits with reliable discounts like getting 10 bucks off all Switch 2 games. I would re-subscribe if that came back.

Bought the plus membership when I got a $20 reward certificate so really only paying $30 should brak even with the savings on one large ticket item. Nice to also have an extended return period but will have to be put to the test to really see how well it holds up.

Worth the price if you order often from best buy. The discounts on certain products alone make it worth it. Same day shipping too. Although last time i chose that option it took a week for someone to get assigned my order. Contacted customer support multiple times because was promised 1 day shipping but took longer than if i had chosen shipped and 1 day costs extra, shipping didnt. My mistake i will never choose the 1 day delivwry service they use again.

The Best Buy membership is a great savings to have to purchase products at a lower price and obtain substantial deals on high price items throughout the year.

called to cancel membership today. robot was very efficient and helpful; everything is done in a few minutes.

Great discounts if you have things to buy, but not sure if it will be worth renewing unless I have a need to purchase something again that will save the membership amount.

I haven’t figured out everything about it, but it seems to be advantageous to have it.

I wasn't sure about the Best Buy plus but it was so slick to use we upgraded to the Total membership

Lower prices are always good. Only 4 stars because not thrilled about automatic renewal.
