Was a gift to me. I like the discounts. I don't like the annual fee. Used to be free to rack up points for certificates. Now this crap.

Membership is a great deal. II love electronics. I plan on using this for the term of the membership.

I was not notified about my yearly subscription and they just charged my credit card with no warning now im stuck with a bill I can’t pay if I was notified about it before I would have cancelled it I also didn’t use the subscription for nothing I didn’t even know I had it

Purchased HP laptop, my first. It is providing excellent service allowing me to replace my HP desktop because of not having room ffor te desktop.

You can have peace of mind knowing if you need to return an item if there is a problem longer than the original return time. It's worth having this extended service.

BB - my favorite toy store. Always get good service with a smile from those manning the front end. Just the right amount of help throughout the store (Sierra Vista, AZ). The BB staff doesn’t descend on you like a flock of pigeons, but they’re all around, so when you need help you don’t need to search for someone.

Having the membership is rewarding. I was able to get a price match for my refrigerator! It was easy to do. I recommend everyone join.

For this you get free standard and 2-day shipping, exclusive member pricing on thousands of items, exclusive access to sales, events and products, plus extended 60-day return window on most products which is what sold me on getting this! It does auto-renews but you can always cancel it by going into your Best Buy account and manually cancel it. I recommend this if only for the 60-day return window which I have already mentioned!!

I get to take advantage of all the benefits as as should have this is the may reason for me to cancel but I can see other families benefits from this service
