An excellent membership if you feel you'll be shopping throughout the year at Best Buy. Definitely worth the money and good to have for any techie or average Best Buy shopper.

Just received my new membership - I'm truly impressed with all it offers - customer service at Best Buy is amazing and their knowledge of all items and willingness to help is awesome expecially to the technology handicapped person that I am - I loved the eperience and the rewards benefit.

I didn't intend to buy this membership until it made my purchase of a TV $50 off. So it would roughly be the same amount if I bought the membership first, then got the discount on the TV. Ever since then I get a small deals, offers, bonuses, free trials (one of the best parts IMO) pretty consistently. I also appreciate the longer return window. 3* because paying for a membership that mainly offers small discounts (usually a few dollars, 10% max, for what I wan't) might not be worth it unless you shop frequently. I wish there was more so I'm not sure if I'll resubscribe.

Saved a lot of money on my Garmin watch with this because of the special promotion emails and member discounts! Definitely worth it.

I feel like best buy does a great job of hiring knowledgeble employees. Its like purchase a product and get a free little mini course. It makes gou want to come into the store.

It has its benefits, especially if you buy large appliances free shipping can’t beat that. Also I like the fact you get an additional 30 days to return something.

We got the support to hopefully not have to use it. Geek Squad in the past was very helpful

I think the membership is very beneficial if you are one of those people who buys often at Best Buy. Another thing is the customer service when making an exchange is quite satisfactory. Without so much blah blah, they make the exchange excellent.

have not yet used the service that comes with the membership, but was able to take advantage of the discount which made up for the fee.

The membership has been great and we have bought a few big item items which we have paid off before the time instead of paying the full amount at the time of purchase

The deals are usually on stuff I want or need. I wish they would discount HP toner and I would rave about it. I’ve definitely saved money though.

I went to look for a Fridge and found one for a great deal. The gentlemen who helped was great he was helpful and let me know what my options were with this purchase. He didn't sell something I didn't want or need. I will definitely go back and recommend it here to my family & friends.

Doesn't assist with drops in any way. They could really help with scalpers with this.

This membership has been both useful and saved me money on deals I would not have known about otherwise. I have to thank the Best Buy employee who told me that I would save more money on the MacBook I bought if I had a membership, and she did right then and thereat the register. Thank you!
