We were hesitate to add the My Best Buy Plus Membership but our sales associate Baxter let us know the benefits, so we did add on. And HAPPY we did. Price went down on item we purchased, and we were given the credit back on our credit card because of the price protection.

Very good customer service. Item were delivered timely except for one that was cancelled.

not bad. Gives you “priority support” according to manager and they value you more as a customer. Kinda bs. Probably wouldn’t recommend this unless you have money to throw. I did have a no questions return on a item 30 days post so that was nice

Overall the program has been a bit of a letdown. Most things I buy have nothing to do with the membership. Would appreciate the ability to get on pre-order lists for graphic cards or game consoles. But instead I’m stuck refreshing webpages like everyone else.

The 60 day return window is great. You can purchase something and use it for a it to make sure it suits your needs and provides the value you were seeking. I’m not afraid to make a choice since I can return after a good sample size. The customer service is great and I’m always thanked for being a member.

My Best Buy Plus membership was a very wise decision to take when I bought my new computer and printer since I was hacked and had to replace my computer and printer. I used it well worth the investment and really appreciate Best Buy offering such a fair offer that served my needs at the time.
