We visited Best Buy in Mansfield looking for a TV. We had something in mind, but the sales person (Robert) took a lot of time with us, asking questions about our needs, showing us options and different deals. We ended up buying something different, but it was a much better deal than the one we were going to buy. Our membership gave us an additional $100 off. We were very impressed with the personnel.

I was surprised how much I enjoyed this membership. I saved over $300. And it's so cool to see what specials they are running for members only. Will sign up again!

This membership has paid for itself in just one purchase when I first got it. The member only deals are a steal. Will definitely keep the membership.

Found that the Plus Membership to be an extra value. It has given an opportunity to have better access to Best Buy sales & service plus discounts,

When returning an item I had an amazing customer experience with the staff who assisted me and I just had to have the membership!

I would give a half of star if possible. I am very disappointed in this membership, I would tell people to not waste their money. This membership as done nothing for me snd it’s just a marketing deal to get 55 dollars out of you annually. I will not be renewing my membership until Best Buy gets there act together. My Final draw was the release of the new nvidia graphics cards. Best Buy plus membership are advertised as giving you first priority on newly released products which was a lie. I had the 5090 & 5080 both saved and selected notify me the day Best Buy added it to there online store before the pictures of the product were even available. Was online before 6:00am on Jan 30,2025 to hopefully be able to purchase one of these GPU. Besides the website having there issues Best Buy allowed BOTS to buy up every bit of stock in there inventory. Over 24hrs later I still have not received an email about there release nor got any kind of Exclusive access like you guys claimed to give when I signed up. So at this point Best Buy is falsely advertising there Best Buy plus memberships! I spend a good amount of money at Best Buy locations and Best Buy online. This has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and definitely gonna take my business elsewhere unless best buy can get there act together and rectify the issues and concerns from there customers.

Bottom line, the membership can save you money!!!!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking at. He explained the features & benefits plus pros and cons of numerous products. My purchase decision was influenced was a good combination of a desired requirements and product value.

Got a $1400 monitor for around $500, and the discount you get pretty much paid for the membership

They are very nice and they came out and installed the refrigerator and my TV and they’re very professional and they’re very pleasant and they have good personality and professionalism ,

I think this is ok. It definitely offers a lot of benefits but I am unsure how much use it will get so that is why I only gave it 4 stars.

I was ecstatic to hear the membership would cover the warranty on all the items I purchase, from here on out. On top of that they will give me 20% off the geek squad for items that need repair that I didn't purchase from Best Buy. This is just amazing a real bang for my buck!

If you buy here a few times a year the program would be good for most people. It depends on what you purchase, but, it worked well for me.

Only thing I seen so far is the extended return date. Haven’t seen 1 single discount offer or coupon

The membership was required to get $50 off the price of TV that I could have gotten 2 weeks later at same price without membership, I can see where it would come in handy for returns later than 2 weeks though!!

This was purchased due to the the previous trust gained from interacting with various geek squad personnel and aid with previous purchases when a previous Best Buy membership was in effect. You were the best with several installations and in aid with both cell phone and computer upgrades.
