Excellent and great to shop here I will definitely tell others about The Best Buy

Only have had 1 bad shopping experience since getting membership hopefully it doesn't happen again. Made an order something that showed in stock showed 3 day arrival but took over 3 weeks and it was placed well before black friday!

The membership helps with basic things like repairs and service gives you extra time to return things its a decent value

It's good especially if you buy all your gadgets at best buy.

Customer service is what keeps me coming back; that's why I don't buy from online vendors. Best Buy is my "go to" source.

I don’t like it. Streaky and too much trouble to clean it and let dry. Hand mopping easier. Doesn’t get sticky stuff off floor. Have to bend down and use scrubby pad.

$50 will get you an extra 42 days, for a term of 1-year (renewable yearly), to get to know any newly purchased product. Not a bad "investment" if you plan to spend some big $$$ but aren't 100% sure if you're getting what you really want/need. Go for it!

Our purchase of a TV was what you’d expect. . The store salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. The first guy from the Geek Squad was excellent. He was knowledgeable and helped us make a decision on a different TV for our space and conditions. He returned our first Tv and ordered the new one. The problem arose with the second installation schedule. The Geek Squad went to our former home in Lawrence, Kansas instead of our current home in KC. I’m not sure how this happened as the TV was delivered the day before to the correct address. The call center was no help and said they couldn’t schedule for later in the day as they were booked. This was extremely disappointing as we had changed our plans that day to have the TV installed. My husband drove to the local Best Buy Store to discuss with the manager on site. He said the best he could do is come a week later. Now is that how a member should be treated when the mistake was on their end? I think not. He did offer a small refund but we’d rather have our TV.

I joined for the extended returns and the offer on Nintendo products. Already it paid for itself in multiple certificates. I think it’s worth it.

This membership is reasonable and love the options you get to save on different plans, love the options. It also comes with great customer service.

I purchased this as the only way to get any money back on an item I returned after the 14 day return policy that I was unaware of. I purchased a new printer that was defective and because I mistakenly thought I had 30 days to return it I was basically only able to get a refund of about half of what I paid for the printer.

All through the years we could and still can count on Best Buy to meet all our needs with impeccable service in every department! Quality at its best with warm professionalism!!!

I prefer handling electronics returns in person and with 60 day trial and currated products it saves the pain of amazon. Discounts paid for it already

I did not know more because I bought only one time

The annual cost was minimal and I have already saved three times the cost with lower prices on items within 60 days. When presented with the option to purchase My Best Buy Plus membership, I thought just another upsell that is a money grab. I was wrong and now glad that I purchased it.

This is a decent membership which does bring some value if you shop at Best Buy often and or need their geek squad repairs. Sometimes they have good discounts for members.
