I purchased the my Best Buy plus membership during the right time. During all of the Black Friday deals, I was able to save more that what I would originally pay for. Membership deals are always nice and fasted shipping is always appreciated.

Got the membership as I purchased the new IPAD PRO which had a discount if you were a BB+ member. So it was a wash and no brainer, though I haven’t used it for anyone else as of yet.

I was able to save $100 on a computer purchase but other than that I have not used this membership. I don’t buy a lot of electronics during the year but if I do I’ll go to Best Buy.

This membership has already paid for itself with two purchases. It has brought us back to Best Buy!

Tv is great for home theatre room. Very nice picture and will pair with speakers.

Too slow on Customer Service and every time I go to Best Buy it’s hard to find salesman. it takes forever to find someone to help you,

This membership is a great value. Great membership prices. Also unlimited geek squad support. Plus peace of mind on getting protection plan's on all purchases.

It's worth it if the savings is there and you're about to buy something big. Staff is super flexible and honestly makes me want to buy at BestBuy more often than Amazon now.

I had Geek Squad install 2 exterior cameras. Tech was on time and got the job done, she then installed on all applicable devices and answered all my questions.

I did not use the membership this past year as much as I have in the past. It gives great discounts and pre-sale alerts and benefits. Great for business and if you are a techy and like to keep abreast of the new items in the market.

Very pleased. Got a $50 bonus for joining. I had to use it before May 10 but I was already planning to purchase a new Apple TV 4K. I was thrilled that I was able to get $50 off.

Gotta say that this membership saved me a lot of trouble. Bought a product that I loved at first only to discover a month or so later that is has a huge fault that ended up making the product essentially unusable. With the extended return policy offered by the membership I was able to return it no problem and it saved me tons of time potentially dealing with warranty shananigans.

This membership saved me an additional $200 off the price of a great refrigerator. What a value, great perks!

It’s a great value when they offer discounts on products you’re actually looking to buy, the downside is it's random on what gets discounted. The return extension is nice and the free shipping is a huge bonus as well. It would be nice if we could get more control on what gets discounted. Or maybe even special discount coupons on products of our choice. Overall, it really is a great value if the product you’re looking for happens to be discounted…But at the current state it’s in, I feel like it’s lacking incentive and could use better discount options.

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, which made the process of finding exactly what I needed much easier. The store itself was well-organized and easy to navigate, with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the fair prices and good deals that were available.
