That was the main reason that we got $50 plan. We are disappointed that the info was inaccurate.

Additionally Best Buy made the price match at a different location and city and it took about 15 minutes.

I wish I could have been reminded of it as I recently made a Best Buy purchase. If Best Buy were to take CAA's approach they would send our reminders and specials periodically.

You can get discounts on some items that aren't available to non-members, and I really like the fact that you have a 60-day return period if you need more time to be sure you're happy with your purchase.
