The extended return policy alone makes it a good buy, but BB also has specisl membership price on some items, plus many other perks.

I'm sorry I don't recall the representative's name. She was very helpful and made good recommendations about use of credit cards and checking accounts for fraud. She was an excellent representative of Best Buy.
