Too slow on Customer Service and every time I go to Best Buy it’s hard to find salesman. it takes forever to find someone to help you,

Communication was good, the refrigerator arrived on time, they unloaded it, set it up, and removed the old refrig in no time. It was a great experience with very well-trained and experienced workers. This was our first purchase since becoming members but it well worth it.

I like this membership and recommended it to my family and friends good prices for members, they are excellent.

Excellent I didn’t make a mistake to buy what I want IPad Pro 13. They program was perfect to my budget and it was easy paying my monthly also the product was excellent.

The Citibank does not have good rating with me. They charged me $2.00 late/service charges. I tried paying the bill and paid what the store said I owed but Citibank added charges. If I would use my card I would pay it off. After I paid my bill I received a rewards of $5.00

Its totally worth of getting for the price reduction during purchase of bigger items. Its important to buy in combination with products that give you large discounts by adding the membership and free delivery. I got $150 discount on my products because of purchasing membership together and i paid $50 for membership and also got $150 e-gift card with free delivery..ao i saved lot of money. Lucky with the deal.

Purchased a Samsung 55" SF95F TV on sale and received a further discount with the membership including a 60-day price match. Four (4) days later the same TV was advertised with an additional discount. Went back to Best Buy for the price match. Then I was told they would price match only the discounted price without "The Best Buy Plus" membership discount.

I almost didn’t get the membership but so glad I did it really came in handy when my laptop stopped charging. I took it in to the store and they pulled up my membership and sent it off without and problem. Excellent service and no out of pocket cost for me. You also get member only pricing on other items so it’s a win win if you ask me. I would recommend it one hundred percent to any one buying any electronic.
