I had a great conversation on the phone about a possible fraudulent charge. I'm sorry I don't recall the representative's name. She was very helpful and made good recommendations about use of credit cards and checking accounts for fraud. She was an excellent representative of Best Buy.

This membership is definitely useful if you frequent best buy or plan to have multiple purchases soon. Two features that make it worthwhile in those cases is the extended return window and the member-exclusive discounts.

Great idea, I think a little expensive…sort of reminds me of an annual card fee. If others can afford it, it’s nice. Just too expensive for me

I was unlucky enough to get a bad computer when I bought my new one. On the other hand, I was lucky enough to have bought it from Best Buy. They exchanged it the next day. No questions ask. Lucky for me!!

I recently returned a laptop that I wasn't sure was the right computer for my coding classes so I finally made a decision to return it and purchase another brand. I love the extended return policy timeframe. It gave me adequate time to evaluate my purchase and not feel rushed to make a hasty decision regarding the laptop I purchased.

I usually buy all my electtioncs from Best Buy. It had been a year or more sincw I bought anything. I had an old standard membership that had expired. I wanted to get some Samsung earbuds before vacation so I went into my local store. The sales asaociate told ma about a deal where if I buy the earbuds and the membership togerher, the earbuds would be discounted enough to pay dor the membershi. Thua the membership was basically FREE! Cool deal!
