The Plus membership provides some real value. I appreciate the ability to be able to return things in a greatly elongated window of 90 days for most things. It definitely think there is value there, as long as you are buying electronics at least semi-regularly.

I enjoy that my return window is 60 days long and I get access to better sales and shipping options!

My old refrigerator started to malfunction during the Thanksgiving holiday. Best Buy had what I was looking for in size, color and price. The sales person was very helpful. Delivery men polite and careful with the haul away and instalation.
