Best Buy was very helpful w/my issue, they fixed my phone issue w/o any questions, prior verizon location sold me a phone told me they would download all my prior info loaded on my phone n they lied.. 90% of Icons were not there anymore! Couldn't even use my phone, I'm serious! Sales tech apparently was LAZY! Bott6om line.. Thanks Best Buy once again..Rob

I saved some money on my recent purchase of a MacBook Air laptop and I got a bunch of benefits I don't really understand. I don't see the membership prices when I got to your website so I don't know how I'm supposed to save money in the future. I'm also confused by price protection. I thought I could get money back if the same product was advertised a lower price but, apparently, I have to turn in the product I bought and but a new one at the lower price. Obviously, I have no idea how this thing works!

I am hoping this will get to the right people. My husband and I were just in your Holland Ohio store and made a purchase of a refrigerator that was not in stock. Jose was such an amazing young man, he along with many others worked together to find us the perfect fridge that we could pick up the next day. He was so apologetic for the time it was taking, I had to tell him no more apologizing. We get it and just appreciate how above and beyond he was going for us. I worked in retail management for 30 years. I know exactly the pressure he must've been feeling and wanted him to know that with us there was no need, but, he cared so much he couldn't just relax and not do all he could to get us that fridge. He was so amazing, the whole team was. The next day we went to Southfield MI to pick up the Refrigerator. Right from the start the young lady who waited on us at the counter quickly asked for assistance and within minutes a team was there to help load. These young men were so polite, friendly, and all around happy. I wish I had got all their names. The one even was concerned that the freon needed to be upright which showed me he had knowledge. The main thing my husband and I both took from these two visits is how happy each team seems to be. One team could be great management, both teams tells me great culture from higher up too. I work for Edward Jones now and I too know the luxury of working for a company with amazing culture for its team. I felt the same thing in each of those stores. I can't wait to tell others about how amazing those young men were. How awesome of an experience it was in both stores. How great it was to see a young team proving that age is nothing, we each as individuals choose our work ethics and they all choose to excel and work hard in life. I would love to see where they each end up in life. You have assets in them all!!
