I’m so glad I signed up for the Best Buy membership! The benefits have made shopping even more enjoyable. The exclusive discounts, early access to deals, and free shipping have already saved me a lot, and the rewards points add up faster than I expected. I was excited to learn that I earned credits from the thousands of dollars spent recently at your Buford, GA, Location as a member. However, a laptop arrived that appeared to have been repaired we used those credits at the store. It seems the one being advertised was not in stock and had to be delivered. The laptop was exchanged for a new one that was suddenly in inventory the days that followed. But that took additional valuable time. It remains unclear why we weren't asked if we wanted a rebuilt laptop, and how a new one was suddenly in stock through a different store representative. Do better!

I signed up for the Best Buy Membership when I bought my MacBook Pro 16” in early April 2025 and I’m so glad I did! A few days later, I received a text from Best Buy that the same MacBook went on sale during the Easter holiday. I went back to the store and asked about the price match benefit, and they honored it right away. Within 12–16 hours, I received a $250 refund through a certificate. The process was super easy and smooth. It honestly felt like getting rewarded just for being a member! I highly recommend getting the Best Buy Membership, especially if you’re planning to make big purchases. You never know when the price might drop, and this perk alone already made the membership worth it for me.

The membership has good rewards. Member only deals are the same price on Amazon so really the advertising is very misleading thinking you’re getting a great deal. If you’re planning on buying a bunch of things or are willing to use the BB credit card outside of Best Buy then the membership is worth it.

I purchased the Best Buy Plus membership and it’s really worth it. Fast delivery, extra discounts, and extended return period make shopping much easier. Great value for the price!

I purchased a computer, an iPad and an iPad Pen. The pen you sold me is not compatible with the iPad you sold me on the exact same day! So, now I have to search for the receipt in the bowels of my email so my daughter can borrow a friend’s car and VERY inconveniently return the pen to a store in the next town over from where she lives.

It's a great value when you are purchasing items throughout the year. You get great inside coupons that you would normally not get.

Best Buy’s membership is awesome. The deals are legit, the perks actually help, and I’ve already saved money just grabbing stuff I was gonna buy anyway. Totally worth it.

A few months ago I purchased 2 sony tvs and due to death in my family I needed to reschedule the delivery. The manner in which customer service and the delivery team handle the matter with great compassion and empathy is to be commended.

So far so good. I do frequently got to Best Buy and if I can save more that is a real “plus” in have the membership. So far I can see why keeping it is a good thing for me! And the price is good as well.

I brought in 3 defunct televisions and they charge $30 per TV to recycle. I could have either paid $90 to recycle them or paid $50 for the membership and then have unlimited recycling for zero dollars each. I went for the membership. I'll be bringing in a bunch of old electronics I have laying around. I don't know about the other benefits.

The membership is useful overall. Longer time for price match and return in case something happens. Honestly even if Total membership is expensive, pole should consider the plus membership.

The sales folks were very helpful and knew the products very well. Little disappointed that delivery/installation would take about 2 weeks because of inventory at Best Buy.

Not worth the benefits unless there are significant savings on a specific item if you are a member. I originally joined just to get a better deal on a Macbook. Essentially got the membership for free.

The membership has already paid for itself! Two items I’ve bought both went on sale within the time period and I was reimbursed not only the difference but the tax as well.

I've enjoyed the membership and service help of the Geek Squad several times. And, glad I had the extended warranty service also. The fact that this sevice supports my multiple purchases is a great benefit. I highly recommend the Best Buy Plus Membership to all of my friends that are buying electronic items.

I’ve been really impressed with the Best Buy Plus membership. The free 2-day shipping and exclusive member pricing have already saved me money on a few purchases. I also like the extended return window, it gives me peace of mind when buying electronics. It’s definitely worth it if you shop at Best Buy regularly. Great value overall!

This Best Buy Plus membership is a great deal, I got free delivery install on my new appliance and haul away of the old. This is for other items and better offers on other items as well!!
