I recently purchased a refrigerator, stove and microwave from best buy, and I couldn’t be happier. The products are fantastic exactly what I was looking for. The delivery and installation process went smoothly, and the team was professional, quick and courteous.

No hussle return. I bought my ipad in another state. It stopped working. I returned it to the Ontario, CA store and i did not have a hard time. I cant find my receipt. But it has been less than a month and I purchased the plus member. It was a good experience l.

Pretty much got duped into buying this membership. I was buying a new phone and the team member told me that the purchase came with a free trial of My Best Buy Plus, so I said great, I'll try it out. Upon reviewing my receipt I notice that I had indeed been charged for the membership. I returned to the store a few days later and went to customer service to try and have the charge removed, but was told they did not handle the membership there and game me a sheet with a number to call. Naturally, I misplaced the sheet. As for the membership, as best as I can tell is it basically unlocks a whole lot of sale emails, which caused me to adjust my email settings, so at this point I have essentially received zero value for the membership. From what I saw before adjusting my email settings, this definitely does not seem to be much benefit for a casual shopper like me. Perhaps it would have more use for a frequent Best Buy shopper. Right now, I'm fairly sour on the whole experience so I do not foresee any uptick in purchases from Best Buy in the future.

The iPad is ok. Don’t trust Best Buy’s “free gifts”.

The Geek Squad did a terrific job. I would use them again if needed.

There are so many benefits that come with the My Best Buy Plus Membership! Next year when its time to re-new I’m definitely going to uograde to the My Best Buy Total Membership! I recommend everyone seriously think about purchasing one of the two memberships. Especially if you shop here frequently or if you are a tech junkie like me. Although, Best Buy literally has everything you could possibly want or need, plus some!!

This membership has been a great value. We have used it often for purchases for new computers and other electronics. A must have!

I purchased the Plus Membership when I bought the Bose Companion 2 speakers and I’ve loved it ever since! The speakers go on a $50 membership sale every once in a while, and I just so happened to catch a good deal not only while checking out, but I also got 20 more back a month and a half LATER because of the extended price matching period. well worth it!

I don't normally sign up for these types of promotions, but the benefits, presentation and friendliness of my rep convinced me. The program has put some household appliances I wanted, but thought were beyond my budget, in my home now. It's been great!

Such a useful membership no regrets in getting it!
