I bought this item for a computer I purchased. I loved the peace of mind that if I needed help with set up or any other issues, it was available.

Best Buy Plus has enabled me to have additional time after purchasing a product to return it if there is a problem. I have found that sometimes a product may function well for a short period of time and then fail (through no fault of Best Buy), in which case it can be returned with no questions asked.

Excellent perks and value for a membership. Exclusive member deals always make it worth it.

Been great! I love the feature where if something I bought goes on sale, I get the difference back later, it’s what mainly drew me in to getting the membership.

I am surprised to receive this review. I forgot we had a membership. I wish I could have been reminded of it as I recently made a Best Buy purchase. If Best Buy were to take CAA's approach they would send our reminders and specials periodically.

After getting several quotes to upgrade my laptop, I went with best buy geek squad which was covered in this package! I have all the benfits of 2 month return policy and price matching with a hands on technical support on upgrading! I just found out they do ps5 upgrades as well so I will be sliding by this weekend to upgrade to 4tb.

Was making a purchase and decided to get the subscription after an offer for a discount on the item with the subscription basically made the annual fee free. I was skeptical but if you are a frequent best buy shopper, some of the deals are actually incredible and well worth it. So far i have no complaints, i would recommen!

I purchased a tablet for my wife for Christmas and from the time I entered the store I was offered assistance and directed to the correct area. The staff member was helpful, and I was out of the store in a timely manner.

I recently signed up for this membership to take advantage of another offer. The My Best Buy Plus membership easily more than paid for itself and within a month I was already saving more money on additional purchases. This is a subscription I will now renew for life.

This membership is well worth it. The rewards offers, extended return window, and member pricing make the membership pay for itself very quickly.

We like how easy it is to use all of the many features that this fan has from the quiet settings to moving the most air! Easy set up!

Love that you have an extended return window with this, all though you shouldn't have to pay for more than a 7 day return window when every company does 30.
