I went to return a printer which I had no idea that the return policy was 15 days and was unable to return the printer unless I bought the best but membership the manger and cashier had me buy the member ship in order to get any of my money back. I left the store extremely upset and will not be going there again

To be totally honest this program is not as good as the previous program but good nonetheless.

The price isn't bad for what you get. If you dont shop at best buy a lot it isn't really worth it, but the 60 day return feature is amazing.

This as been worth every penny, I bought a soundbar and was unable to get it open or installed do to some business trips I had to go on the last moment, anyways, when I got home the return period had expired. When I tried to connect the equipment it did not work but with the 60 day return policy I returned it for another one no questions asked

I get notified of deals ahead of time and there are certain items that I get an additional discount on. I purchased the membership when I was buying an item that offered a drastic discount with the membership so it basically paid for itself.
