I have never done a membership like this, but they had a promo..kind of sneaky but still a promo. We had issues with our laptop purchase and they immediately swapped it out for us. Excellent customer service

I have know complaints. Every question has been answered in a timely manner. Every order has been filled and delivered early on on time just like Best Buy says it would be. And the follow up to make sure I received what I had ordered is much appreciated. Thank you Best Buy! You definitely have a returning costumer. I would also definitely suggest my friends and family go to Best Buy.

Membership is great for longer return times and deals. Just need to weigh out if you will use it enough.

You get good deals with my Best Buy Plus membership.

I am not very tech savvy. I have purchased quality products and i haven't really had time or money to purchase more. It would be a good value i imagine if i could take full advantage of the membership

Was making a purchase and decided to get the subscription after an offer for a discount on the item with the subscription basically made the annual fee free. I was skeptical but if you are a frequent best buy shopper, some of the deals are actually incredible and well worth it. So far i have no complaints, i would recommen!

I really like the savings and extra bonus rewards, the only issue I’ve had is I have not seen anything about the points I should have earned from my washer and dryer purchase.

I appreciated the price and delivery options. I didn’t like the forced signup for auto renewal. Generally I just cancel the auto renewal and sign up again when it expires if I like it, but Best Buy said I couldn’t cancel it until later. Just an inconvenience that I didn’t need.

The cost of the membership is offset by the discounts and gives you peace of mind with a longer return window.

This membership is a real value it has saved me on my purchase of my computer the price has went down twice since i been in membership and i really like being able to save every time i purchase something i'm going to make sure that i have a membership and i will recommend getting a membership is the way to go

This membership saved me $75 on a memory card for my camera. i am still getting used to what all the membership offers. I know I get discounts, tech help and warranties.

I Always enjoy stopping by to shop at Best Buy! Excellent assortment of items at very reasonable prices! I have been telling my Ifriend(s) and neighbors about BEST BUY PLUS! Some of them were not aware of BEST buy Plus. The bottom line is I am very pleased that I am signed up for BEST BUY PLUS! Quality products at reasonable prices!
