We already put this membership to use. We purchased a really nice TV and I saw it was on sale a couple months later, we went in and without hesitation, received the difference back on our cards.

I've tried on several occasions to log into an account that refuses access. Doesn't matter if I change the password or follow any steps outlined, it just refuses to acknowledge any attempt. Always the same message : "we're experiencing technical issues, please try again later." I managed to login 1 time and set up everything, however since that date... just garbage.

has not been of any value in my case. I was told when buying an ipad that this membership would get me money back when the unit went on sale which he said was likely. Never happened and I haven't had any use for the membership since. was also hoping it would allow for recycling of small appliance but that is a different plan. I will cancel before it renews.

I had some kinks to iron out so I made an appointment with the Geek Squad and brought my lap top in and he handled everything plus for a great experience. I will renew my maintenance contract when it expires in Jan 2025. His name was Andres.

Purchased to extend the price-match window on a laptop that circumstances forced me to pay full price. It was an older model that was certain to get clearance priced within the 60 day window. It did, and even with the cost of buying the Plus plan, I saved over $200 on the price match. We'll see in a year whether it's worth renewing.
