This membership is a great value to me and my family. I love the ideal of having the extra protection with big or small ticket items I buy. My family and I always shop at best buy. I have never had a bad experience with best buy.

I was helped by a newer employee. A more experienced person stepped in and found me exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with purchase.

I would say it’s a legit necessity. Not only having an extended return policy, but having special pricing is also a treat!

Value given to you up front. Pays for itself. Really up to you then whether to use this further or not. If you use it, maybe keeping it past year 1 makes sense. If not, mark your calendar and avoid accidental renewal fees.

I purchased an iPad at Christmas with some points I had earned from purchasing a refrigerator, clothes dryer, and a HP 2 in 1 workstation. When the price of the iPad dropped by $100 I went into the store for the price match. They couldn’t get me all of the points back from the price match and said I would have to call customer service, which I did. Customer service said I would get my points added back and receive an email informing if that fact. That was probably 8 weeks ago and nothing has come back to me.

The Best Buy Plus Membership is a must have for any Best Buy customer! If you take advantage of the promos they offer then it you pretty much get the Plus for free and even if you didn’t, it pays for itself over and over again! This membership has changed my life and I couldn’t be more thankful to Best Buy! God bless!

I love my Best Buy membership! I feel that it offers a great benefit and value for such a low price. If I was requested to purchase the membership all over again, I would! I just wish that I had gotten it earlier

I loved that I qualified for the card. It give me a chance to purchase items.

its really worth it for fast delivery, extra return flexibility (60 vs 15 days), and savings on tech buys.

Loved how my sales person sold me into this iPad purchase. He also introduced me to my membership plus, although I use to shop all the time at Best Buy and love the great selection of things, and that unless I win $400 I wouldn’t really utilize the membership that much I still considered purchasing it due to the perks.

Great selection of TV’s; Weston my customer service guy was very knowledgeable about the TV’s I was considering buying. Discounts and benefits are good
