The prices you get with this membership is worth having the membership. My issue is with ordering items online and it takes 16 days to get it vice the 2 days promised. This last order ended up being cancelled so I have to go elsewhere to find the item, a chair mat. I did find one for a 1/3 of the price at another office store.

I have not had to use this as yet, buts it's nice to have as a an assurance the problems will be resolved.

Employees are kind, polite, knowledgeable people who have experience. When I want to ret anything they are so kind humble and say that they are so that we weren’t happy about it so I thank all and app the job the are accomplishing. So I want to write so inste of telling . Because I know that “ verba vollant scripts manent “.

I bought this when we bought our new vacuum. First of all, it renews automatically every year unless you cancel. Also by purchasing this supposedly if it goes on sale through Best buy then you get the difference back. However, when it's on their website cheaper it's through a third party and they don't honor that as being on Best buy's website. So I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. It's just a waste of money.

Well had that for yrs till I upgraded to the Total plan

I’ve liked having my regular membership. To be honest when Best Buy changed the memberships into these new Hybrids, I wasn’t too thrill about the whole thing. However, looking at the sales and seeing member special pricing, makes the VIP come back to life. Everyone loves discounts!!!

I was severely pressured into buying this even though I knew I did not need it or want it. That is on me. But, the hard sales tactics was insane. I was lead to believe my laptop was going to be on sale in a couple of weeks for a lower price than I purchased it so I could then get my money back for the membership, plus more. It seemed like the sales associate knew of the upcoming sale. Guess what... The laptop never went on sale lower than my purchase price. I hadn't gone into a Best Buy in years and I cannot believe how it has changed.

My membership saved me some cash, and the products I need, are close to my home. I am well please with my membership.
