This membership gives good discounts and will usually pay for itself. The private on-line shopping events are nice. This is a good plan for when you do not need or want the premium protection plans. If you want the protection plans and the Tech support, the upper plan would be best for you.

I've tried on several occasions to log into an account that refuses access. Doesn't matter if I change the password or follow any steps outlined, it just refuses to acknowledge any attempt. Always the same message : "we're experiencing technical issues, please try again later." I managed to login 1 time and set up everything, however since that date... just garbage.

Bought an Apple Series 9 because I had to have it. After it went on sale, I was refunded the difference between the purchase and sale price, which was a nice refund

The membership paid for itself as soon as I used it. I was also able to return an item beyond its non-membership return period, which the very helpful sales team applied retroactively. Very happy with this purchase. I'm sure I'll renew. I appreciate having an actual store I can go to, people to work with and to help me. Definitely worth it.
