Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dont know why I even bothered getting this service. The price of my item changed 3 times I was never reimbursed the difference. My issues were never concerned. One representative told me they will give me a gift card for scratches on my fridge I declined it and he told me to sell it or give it to someone else and proceeded to send it to my house voiding any further compensation I could get for my more major issue of the delivery service not delivering my fridge . I lost over $500 in food any medication due to this issue. Each representative gave me a different answer each more ridiculous then the next. The delivery guy came to my house and never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door to tell us he is there and left. We rescheduled for 5 days later because that was the soonest appointment and he came (i stayed in the front door waiting to make sure i see them) he told me its raining do u want to reschedule for another day while standing in my kitchen. I offered a tarp or blanket to put on the fridge he said no if theres any electric issue it is my fault. He proceeded to leave the fridge outside in the rain while taking my door down. The amount of anxiety I experienced in that time frame was insane. Never buying at best buy ever again.

earbuds are good especially the multi touch controls only the problem ear sensors are sensitive need properly inserted in your ear for connections and app software unstable, hope next software upgrade would fix it

Buying a discount on the stuff you want to sell seems backwards. A membership to a club that doesn’t come close to the level of savings I had is not really a benefit.

This membership has provided me a good deals and discounts.

I was hesitant to purchase this however has already paid me back in other purchase that I have made this year.

Joined just to get the discount on a large (refrigerator) purchase. Subsequently, had to repair a laptop I purchased at BestBuy. I had a $50 credit, which I used to reduce the cost of the repair. Disappointed to see that the credit was not applied to the repair--probably my bad for not pressing the tech when he rang it up.

I like the notifications of when products go on sale.

The workers couldnt have been any better than they were.. all of them.. i look forward to going back when i need too..they even got me some awesome galaxy ear buds for free to go with my new galaxy s24 phone.
