A very good investment if you purchase expensive items. Was given 60 days to return replace price match… ended up needing kore storage and was able to get a new MacBook with no issue.

It only made sense to get a membership due to the rebate we got from our purchase of a new tv.

I got this with my iWatch purchase but don’t have a need for it. Regrettably Best Buy doesn’t have the value that it use to have.

A couple of weeks ago we contacted the Geek Squad team about an issue that plagued our streaming ability. the 2 gentlemen were very helpful in resolving the issue. We were able to improve the situation and they had the answers to get the Optimum service corrected and thus the problem solved. Thank you again

If you play switch games you also get a buy two get one free deal that apparently is going to be very long-lasting. Other than that you also get good discounts on other things, so I'd recommend it.

This membership is a real value. I like the delivery service. And if it doesn't work out, they'll come back out and pick up the old TV. That helps, a lot.
