Membership is an okay value. If you are planning on making big purchases in electronics, appliances, etc., then worth it to pull the trigger. If you are just buying a few items once in awhile, probably not worth it. Wish it would offer incentives, like Nintendo Switch 2 release reserved for members

I am pleased with the membership and the friendliness of the staff - however instead of a gift card that cannot go towards my current purchase - I would have loved something better from being put out without a dishwasher due to shipping and miscommunication.

So I haven’t really purchased anything from Plus. Although I do see the deals every now and then but I’m just looking for the right deal, but it’s great to have the option.

Overall quality is less than expected, especially the lower pots/pans drawer. I should have found a display unit to look at before I purchased this product. It was not present in any nearby stores, but the ratings seemed good. My experience so far: The electronic control display panel is very hard to read (except for the clock) and all selections such as oven features are not lighted! Only a small red lighted, hard to see readout/ map is present on the central display to identify a burner that is active; and only a small red lighted readout is present on the display that says "hot" surface after a pan is removed. However, this "hot" indicator does not tell which burner surface area is hot. The front located burner control knobs do not have a lighted signal at the control knob to tell which burner the control operates, so it is hard to tell which burner it controls. Only a little, hard to see, unlighted burner map spot by the knob indicates the location of the burner associated with the knob. The front control knobs are easily turned on when brushing up against the range while working in the kitchen or passing by the range. Several times now a burner was accidently turned on resulting in a very hot pan and burner surface. Likely this condition would have caused damage if I had not noticed the problem. Do not leave pots/pans on the range top burner areas when not using the range! While cooking I noted that if I remove the pan I am using from a cooking surface to add something and quickly replace it, sometimes the burner stops operating even though the control knob is advanced. The oven works well heating up quickly and baking evenly. The convection feature is also nice to have. I would not purchase the product again.

Lots of purchase during my purchase period, but found it difficult to obtain services needed afterward. I live a distance and needed some technical help and had to drive to the store and wait around until help was finally available. Normally, I purchase from Apple directly and had not experienced this challenge.

I am a long time Best Buy loyalist. If you are too, then having a membership is a fantastic opportunity for some money saved. I try ti buy most of my gear from Best Buy… I have a Best Buy credit card as well, so I get a lot of points and rewards if I stay within the Best Buy environment. The membership itself is helpful to me, as I buy appliances, tv’s, etc and the warranty, the installations, already help you save. Not only do you save from those services but every so often there are products that go on sale/discounted that are specific for members. A few small items I didn’t mind having around definitely helps, such as hdmi cables or network cables. I think the biggest savings I had were from Apple products, just 1 week after launch the items go on sale for members, and you can ask for a price match. Saved a few hundred dollars this way already. Finally the extended return window helps, sometimes you buy something it doesn’t go as planned, the generous return windows are very helpful for those situations. I highly recommend it

This membership is very helpful. Lets us get the things we need with out having to stress about paying it all at once. Customer care is excellent.

I am building a new computer and this immediately paid for itself with the discounts I got on a few of the components. Now I have a year membership with all the benefits for essentially free.

Guys, frankly speaking to you, I chose a subscription from this association of this company because I think it is the best on the market in its assortment, since it is a very convenient and excellent team that provides you with all your needs. I am personally satisfied with all this. Working with Best Buy, very qualified guys who will help you decide on your choice.

I bought it was good and extended my return period and offered some deals but the customer service of Bestbuy was very incompetent and just wasted my time and efforts and lying and wasted my 2 months to even told me to buy an LG product to gain or win the rewards or to get the $400 rewards because of my loyalty but at end just wasting my time

For the cost, this membership is a good value if you shop electronics or appliances at least once every couple of months or a few times a year. For many items, I often see a "plus" price that is comparable to Amazon/Target/etc, or better, and often on items that aren't on sale at other places. In addition, I see Plus prices on top of sale prices on many items, giving a very nice discount. I buy most of those types of items from Best Buy if they have what I'm looking for when I need it. Just one Plus savings on an item like TV or refrigerator pays for the membership for a year. The customer service from Best Buy couples with the membership and makes shopping at Best Buy worthwhile. Service in-store is usually good, and online service has been excellent. This is speaking from years of experience purchasing online from Best Buy. Deliveries are quick, and any issues are taken care of right away. Returns in-store are smooth and easy. Almost all of my electronics/appliance purchases are done through Best Buy nowadays, from refrigerator to tv to tablet to computer accessories to small appliances, you name it...there's always a decent selection and often a Plus price to sweeten the deal, along with 2-day shipping (which often arrives in one). They carry more categories of things online than you see in-store, so it's worth shopping online with them when looking for items. The sales and events for Plus members are decent, but I find that I normally go looking to buy things when I need them, which may or may not coincide with a sale event. However, I've gotten a deal from the Plus price often enough that I'll renew it again when it comes up.

This really helped me return my order when I was over the 15 day return window saved me hundreds of dollars. Plus I live the pearls that it has.
