I bought my stove and microwave at Best Buy not because of the price but because because of the employers that worked, there are so wonderful easy to talk to and give you ideas if you need any and that’s why I became also a member cause I like their product and I like the people the store everything about it I don’t need to recommend anybody to go to Best, because people know Best Buy already is well known and well respected by what I will recommend is that you keep on getting your needs your goods at Best Buy you don’t need to look any other place else

I got my grandaughter some over the ear apple head phones she loves them . I also bought her a 55 inch TV for her room and she loves it as well, Never a problem with best buy and with the bestbuy plus it’s great.

So far this membership is awesome. I recently purchased a new laptop and learned with the membership, I'm FULLY cover, anything happens, covered. Decide I dont like the color, covered. If my laptop happens to drop in price, then I get that money back. (Example: $1000 laptop, I paid for is now $600, I get $400 back.) The membership helps me constantly.

I love to choose membership from best buy. I always recommend my family and my friends home here to look something they are needing it. I trying to look another thing like Robot for cleaning house. Actually I love to buying any thing when I need .thanks so much.

So far I have found it more useful than expected for future purchases. I mainly wanted the 60 day return period for headphones I purchased since 14 days is not very long to try out a product, but is has become a valuable tool when deciding where to purchase an item. the cost comes out to a little over $4 a month.

A nice asset if you buy a lot of tech and or are making bigger purchases... I got it when I bought a laptop and kept renewing for the free shipping and occasional vouchers... Not a bad Investment if you think you'll use it...

I have not used it the membership yet, but I plan too in the near future.

Good value for the purchase that we make from best buy.

This year I’ve enjoyed the My Best Buy plus membership. I did enjoy the free shipping, and the occasional members discounts that interested me; however, more then once these same items became on sale one or two weeks after the members exclusive sale which can be price matched, and I have done so more then once. One of the greatest benefit is the extended return window, but that also has its issues. If you are past the “normal” window the app will not let you begin the return you have to go in the store at which point they can and will help you. The only time that I need this feature the staff acknowledged how it could be misleading using the app, as it does not differentiate members and non members for returns.
