Excellent. I was a little skeptical when they said they would give you the lower price if it went on sale within 60 days. They refunded the difference to us with 5 days of me asking for the benefit.

I purchased a Tablet 3 weeks ago, bu then I returned to store and saw the same tablet on disccount, they reasly apply the sema disccount into my credit card, like $80,

Overall very good value to us, wWis I lived closer to a store, but online is great and fast delivery!

I believe that it is amazing to have 2-month return period with the membership , though I wish employee discount can count as one of the factors on top of that would be great, maybe for members also set a reward goal to meet certain levels for cool prizes

The membership is pretty good as it offer deals on many things that are exclusive to members. If you go here a lot, then it would be worth it to buy it.

Best Buy is good because of the variety of products to look at. It appears that when the sales people see you are a member, they treat you as a member would expect.

I feel there’s no value to the membership and it serves no real purpose. Very frustrating when you order $7000 worth of product they never ship it but yet charge $29 for shipping and reverse the charges the next day. This happened seven times, 45 days waiting for my order I finally canceled

I have been a member of the Best Buy programs for a long time. I'm not a fan of the pricing that they recently introduced, but I guess they have to support the benefits in some way - so I understand. I love the extended return/exchange policy just in case I get a defective product, I know I have 60 days to exchange it.
