The membership paid off foe me almost immediately. The price on my tv went done $114 within 2 weeks after I bought it. After I contacts Best Buy customer relations they were quick to credit me that amount on my credit card. Membership wss wealth the money and i still have 11 months to get more benefits from it.

The first person met at Best Buy Framingham was Tessa Artous . I told her that we were replacing our old 40 inch Samsung and she helped me find the OLED TI 42 INCH Samsung. She up the dates for installation and walked me through the process and procedures to install with Geek Squad. She advised me of return policies etc. We received helpful communications prior to the date of installation to prepare for the Squad arrival. Two men arrived and took excellent care in the installation. We couldn't be happier unless it was a free Ha Ha! Tessa was great and so were the team that came that day. Thank you Best Buy.

The value in his membership to me seemed to be price protection at the time I bought it. No one told me how to use the price protection I assumed it was an automatic notification. When I sqw the lower price it was not honored because it was not “ timely”. So ultimately I canceled it because that was really the only reason I got it to begin with

This is great. I find that the extended return window gives me such freedom in not worrying about getting back to the stores within 2 weeks and actually enjoying the product before deciding. I’ve also already saved as much as the membership cost just in “membership only sales” those are the biggest benefits so far but I know I’m going to continue to renew year after year

It is great to know that BB will honor the difference in price should a lower price is made on the same device.

Overall the membership is worth every cent if you do any shopping, the services they can assist you with on any purchase is to notch.

I am a long time Best Buy loyalist. If you are too, then having a membership is a fantastic opportunity for some money saved. I try ti buy most of my gear from Best Buy… I have a Best Buy credit card as well, so I get a lot of points and rewards if I stay within the Best Buy environment. The membership itself is helpful to me, as I buy appliances, tv’s, etc and the warranty, the installations, already help you save. Not only do you save from those services but every so often there are products that go on sale/discounted that are specific for members. A few small items I didn’t mind having around definitely helps, such as hdmi cables or network cables. I think the biggest savings I had were from Apple products, just 1 week after launch the items go on sale for members, and you can ask for a price match. Saved a few hundred dollars this way already. Finally the extended return window helps, sometimes you buy something it doesn’t go as planned, the generous return windows are very helpful for those situations. I highly recommend it

I like the plan, get good benefits and perks! But I really got it for Pokémon card shopping online. Zero luck there! So haven’t really purchased much to really found out the good stuff lol auto checkout bots clear the stuff before you can even view the item.

The extended return window is also a nice bonus, especially during the holidays or when I’m gifting. It gives some extra peace of mind. I’ve even gotten early access to some sales, which helped me score a couple of hard-to-find items. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year — especially for electronics, appliances, or gifts — the membership pays for itself. It’s not as expensive as Total™ membership, but you still get meaningful benefits. For me, it’s a no-brainer.

The consultants in the store quickly helped me with the purchase of the machine, for which I would like to thank them. It is also very convenient that the store sold me a machine for which I pay in installments.

I love Best buy its my Favorite store to shop in. Its always a pleasant visit with all the latest gadegets and Equipment. Plus they give you items without even asking for a downpaayment, once you sign up to be a member and get their card. I love it, they make me so happy. Shop there Today, They are the best!!!!!!!!

Made a purchase in January during the Samsung appliance sale. To date, I have still not received my range or hood vent or the counter top air fryer. I did receive the new fridge and absolutely LOVE it and the four ice options. My whole family is loving that part. Also love the easier access and better storage that comes with the fridge and freezer drawer. Haven't missed my old fridge one bit! As far as my membership, I am disappointed with regards to my items being significantly delayed. I was told range was oversold and now has to wait on manufacturing. For some reason, the rep could not send the hood vent or air fryer earlier because the system would not allow it. So I haven't been able to enjoy the air fryer, which is actually available for pick up in store just 30 minutes away. That needs improvement in Best Buy processes.

I like to game and have their credit card so the 0% APR deal on purchases comes in handy. It basically pays for itself in those $5 certificates you earn if you shop here enough and then you end up getting plus member deals that make it worth it.

I appreciate my Best Buy Plus membership card since it provides so many vital benefits for me, such as shopping for the brands I want and looking for excellent prices, and making it profitable for me to buy electronics and the best appliances that meet my budget and demands. These advantages include unique member rates on thousands of items, free 2-day shipping on qualified purchases, and an extended 60-day return period on most products. I am not disappointed to have a Best Buy Card Plus Membership card. Thank you, Best Buy, for offering the best products and prices that fit my needs and budget!
