I am struggling to find value with this membership. While I have covered the "cost" of the membership this year, I have not benefited from much for the special discounts for products. I have bought more this year at Best Buy than in previous years and cannot see the benefit beyond the expedited shipping and no shipping costs. Need to see more variety for the My Best Buy Plus deals for this to be a value for me.

I received a $25 Reward Certificate for signing up, have already got some deals with the "Member Only" pricing and the 2 day shipping is great

This is a need to have. Some times a product isn’t what you thought it was or maybe you just need more time to be able to return to a best buy location the Best Buy membership is a need to have

Best Buy always have very friendly staff and assist me quickly with all my needs. The price matching is the best part so when considering my next purchase I always go to Best Buy first!!

Mitch was outstanding. He took time to try to get my older printer back in shape. He made the copies much better, but it looks like I will have to get a new printer before too long. He really was outstanding working to make the images better.

The employee that helps me with my purchase of Bose soundbar 900 and base 700 was very knowledgeable and explained to me in a simple and practical way. He even told us to watch for a price match for 2 months. I was able to have a price refund of $50 due to price decrease.
