I liked working with the staff they were very helpful and answered all my questions prior to and very helpful after I bought what I wanted. Customer service is key and I felt like my needs were taken care of. So getting the membership was a good thing for me that helped out in my wallet.

Good deal, and I was able to justify the purchase because the Mac laptop that I was buying had an extra 50 off with the purchase of the membership. I'm excited for the free shipping and exclusive deals.

I got this as sort of a freebie. Being a Best Buy Plus member gave me $50 off the laptop I was purchasing, which is also the cost of the membership! So we went with it. I never shopped at Best Buy a ton before becoming a member but I've shopped more since! I do enjoy the extra deals.

This membership has been a good value. We buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy and the additional savings have added up. The other benefits are nice to have but I have not had any experience with using them yet.

I had support on my LG refrigerator and was helped by the Geek Squad. Please take care of them and make them happy, IE: raise!. These guys are great and need to be kept or else they will go elsewhere. Trust me, these repair guys were professional and good!!.
