Far from my experiences realized over several years of Total Tech membership. Too bad the fraud and abuse caused by mostly Best Buy’s commercial customers, i.e. vrbo’s, apartment complexes, etc. drove BB to revamp the entire TT program which has only served to cause a negative impact on us small and honest customers. It’s a long story that only previous TT members understand and this is why the 3-star rating.

I love shopping at Best Buy! I always come across the best workers and best products when I shop here. Not to mention they always have the best prices especially with my membership! There is no other electronic store that I would rather go to than Best Buy!

Thus far, I have found the plus membership to be beneficial. I am still evaluating it, as this is my first time subscribing.

Best Buy Total is a reasonable purchase at $180 a year to maintain Apple Care on 2 devices. If you have more than 2 devices, it's a great deal. The "member only" deals have saved me over $100 for a Denon receiver that I would have purchased at another online retailer. Count me a believer.

I got this membership for the deals on video game purchases, but the deal that was promoted that made me get it was quickly removed. At least I was able to use the deal while it lasted. It's claimed that it will be back periodically but we'll see. The member deals that are available do seem cool, but it's nothing I need to have so personally I can do without and most likely won't renew.

I have bought a freezer and dishwasher from Best Buy and the service was great the people that delivered were very nice cleaned up and took everything away.

I am using Best Buy plus membership and it really helps saving extra money, till now I am enjoying this membership, apart from saying money you get extra time on items return period which also helps user to decide if the product is value for money or not.
