I was building a computer and wanted the 60 day return that come with the membership, I believe it was worth it over the 14 day you usually get. I did take some stuff back and bought different stuff. I saved the amount of the plan on my first purchase.

it is missing warranty on the devices we puchased and does have small additional discount. It needs to have more options and more discounts

Customer Service is top shot here. I had a laptop that had been sent out. Service did not fix it. The Manager of Geek squad was able to get my laptop replaced and i didnt have to wait for them to resend it out again. Thank you Best buy
