Being a Best Buy member has been a great experience. The exclusive deals and member-only discounts have already saved me money on several purchases. I also appreciate the extended return window and added protection options it gives me peace of mind with my electronics. The rewards points add up quickly, and the overall convenience makes the membership feel well worth it. I’m glad I signed up and definitely recommend it to frequent shoppers.

I don't like add-ons or extra charges. I also don't like a mere 15-day return policy, especially for items that take time to evaluate. 30-day or even more is best, but I found that this was worth it for me this year. Why? This year purchases included nice bookshelf speakers (I needed more than 15 days to compare them to a different brand I got elsewhere), 3 laptops (if you're busy like me, I need more than 15 days to evaluate). Given pricing and availability, Plus made sense. It's for a year, but you can turn it "on" and "off" (pro rated usage). It was handy for the bookshelf speakers (I actually returned the brand I got at Best Buy, nice to have had more time to return). I turned Plus "off" quickly so it cost me next to nothing. Then my wife and 2 kids off-to-college needed laptops. Best Buy prices were competitive, so I signed back up for Plus, and have kept it for 2-3 months. It saved my bacon once or twice as we worked the gear out. Then I found I needed more kid-college-tech and a couple of backup SSDs for 2 new pc's I built in spring, as well as for a mac: Plus to the rescue once again, gave me the time I needed to make sure the gear worked and was what I needed. So, once a skeptic, now I'm not so grumpy about extra bucks for a longer return period. I can be worthwhile.

I’ve had the My Best Buy Plus yearly membership for a while now, and it’s been really worth it for me. The free 2-day shipping with no minimum purchase is a huge time-saver-I get my orders fast without having to worry about extra shipping fees. I also like the exclusive member prices and deals on tons of products; I’ve saved a good bit on tech and accessories that way. Another big plus is the extended 60-day return window on most items, which gives me extra peace of mind if I change my mind or something doesn’t work out. Plus, having early access to sales and special events makes it easier to grab popular items before they sell out. For $49.99 a year, it feels like a solid value if you shop at Best Buy regularly. Just keep in mind the 2-day shipping isn’t available everywhere, but it’s worked well for me. Overall, I’d recommend it if you want faster shipping, better deals, and more flexible returns.

I’ve had a really good experience with My Best Buy Plus. The member pricing alone has already saved me money on a few purchases, and the extra perks make it feel worth it. I like having that added peace of mind, especially when buying electronics. The savings, exclusive deals, and benefits throughout the year make it a solid membership if you shop at Best Buy more than once or twice. Overall, it’s convenient, simple, and pays for itself pretty quickly.

The Best Buy plus membership is something I definitely recommend! The peace of mind if gives you including the incentives you have for products in this store is phenomenal l! I also love the feeling of employees at Best Buy saying oh your a plus members! Thank you for being a part of our team! It feels good! For my use case I was really trying to get my hands on a device that was sold out for months and being a plus member gave the an edge on early stockings. I recommend this product to everyone! For the price of the membership it pays for its self!

To be honest I haven’t seen a ton of value yet from being a paid Plus member. I use to qualify for this level just about every year for free back when it was under the reward membership program, but now that this level is behind a pay wall I’’m expecting more benefits more often for my paid subscription. At this time I’m thinking this service may not be something I continue with after this initial year, but we’ll see. I purchase a fair amount of either speciality or pre-order items from Best Buy (BB) that take longer processing times and do not benefit from the faster shipping aspect. The most beneficial part of being a Plus member currently is the extended return window, but with a catch! So, in years past I did not utilize returns much, it is a nice comfort but at the same time a bit of a pointless feature if there are no issues that require return…BUT here’s the catch, the one area where this does get 4/5 stars is during that extended return window the Price Match Guarantee is also extended…now this I have utilized numerous times to price match a purchase to Amazon prices as 8 out of 10 times Amazon will offer the same item at a lower price. I do like the special pricing/events, but have not yet seen “Plus pricing” on an item I actually am considering purchasing…some interesting items certainly but nothing that’s made me purchase, but I’m sure this will change. If you are not a Best Buy credit card holder I would absolutely not recommend Plus. If you are a credit card hold, who earn reward points then yes Plus is worth the now cost of a program that was once free. The 2-day shipping aspect is OK, but seeing as BB, like all retailers are in direct competition with Amazon, often 2-day shipping is still slower than what Amazon can/does offer on daily bases for being a Prime member. To be fair I was not a BB card holder I would not be a Plus member and most likely not be purchasing as much from BB these days as I have in the past. Earning point's for purchase for reward certificates is still the only true benefit keeping me a regular BB customer…all things being equal, Amazon is almost always cheaper and offers faster shipping. If BB didn’t price match and offer reward points there would be no real reason not use Amazon.

The salesman encouraged me to purchase this membership just in case they put their remaining iMacs on sale after I walked out. Unfortunately that didn't happen. But as it turned out, I had to return two of the accessories I had also purchased and received back every cent I had spent. (I didn't need the new Magic Mouse, there was one already in the box.) Perhaps the easy refund would have happened anyway, dunno.

No issues thus far, picture is outstanding, sales staff was very helpful. Don't understand why this TV was not on the website, was only offered in the store

When I went to buy my newest Apple Watch in November, I was skeptical at first to purchase this membership. When one of the store representatives told me that Best Buy does a holiday price match where I could call if the price of my product was lower and get the money refunded to me for the difference I was immediately sold. Not only did this product actually deliver as the sales associate said, but it was so easy to do. I was able to text the Best Buy representative and get everything taken care of that way. I even used my Best Buy credit card and was able to get the difference in the prices refunded right to my Best Buy credit card and off the total without affecting the promotional rate definitely worth the purchase for that alone.

This membership has been well worth it. The member-only pricing has saved me money on multiple purchases, and having access to Geek Squad support gives real peace of mind. The protection plans are a great bonus — knowing my devices are covered makes a big difference. I’ve found myself shopping at Best Buy more often just because of the perks.

I have had a Best Buy membership for a while now, it’s been pretty useful. The members only discounts saves me money on a few purchases, and I like having the longer return window as it takes the pressure off when I am trying out new Tech. Shipping has been fast and the in-store process is smooth.

Membership holds significant value, particularly for the Geek Squad. Additionally, I appreciate the opportunity to access special member pricing and perks on certain items.

I'm rarely buy latest model of anything so, membershiplike this is really useful when you have several valuable purchases. It's not my case. Anyway, I enjoyed a reduced price with my purchases and I'm grateful about that

I first would like to thank Darwyn from the tech center. He was the one that not only helped me but educated me on the products and brands I was looking to buy so I can make the best for our families’s needs. Please recognize this gentleman. I have one Apple charging cord and one insignia circuit breaker and couldn’t be happier. I have bought both of these products before and have no comaints. They are reliable hence why I came back to buy more of each product.

If you shop at Best Buy pretty often, the Plus membership can actually be worth it. The longer return window is super helpful (especially if you’re indecisive with tech), and the member-only deals can save you a decent amount over time. It also just feels nice having a little extra flexibility when buying expensive stuff.

Recently spent $2,200 on a Sony A7IV and was told to sign up for Best Buy plus so I could do a price match once this camera went on sale. Such I’m happy they offered as only 2 weeks after I purchased my camera it went on sale for $1999 and I was able to get refunded the $200 with no issues.

It comes in handy when what you are buying is only on sale with Plus or making a very large purchase. Otherwise this year I more or less broke even as far as the subscription and what I saved.
