This membership is a real value when planning on many purchases, like purchasing all of the computer components to build a new computer. I selected the lower membership option to get the member lower costs and free shipping. I would have gone with the higher end membership if they explained it better. For example, everything is covered for 2-years, but no explanation of how that works and there's no retail store in our area.

I’ve really been enjoying my Best Buy membership! The perks definitely pay off—free shipping, member-only deals, and those early access sales are clutch. It’s saved me a good bit of money on electronics and gadgets I’d be buying anyway. Plus, having an extended return window gives me peace of mind. If you shop there a few times a year, it’s totally worth it.

Must have for peace of mind they take care of everything

Best Buy Plus has been totally worth it. The fast free shipping, exclusive member deals, and longer return window make shopping way easier. I’ve already saved money on a few purchases, so it basically pays for itself. Great value if you shop at Best Buy even a couple times a year.

So my first question about the program was "is it worth it?" Then answer is yes, it is. As much as I purchase from BB, the program has paid for itself in 6 or 7 months. The best part of the plan is the extended return policy. Had I not had the membership, a recent purchase of a graphics card would have been a 150 dollar brick since it took 2 weeks to determine the underlying issue that caused the return. The computer was the issue, but BB folks didn't mind as long as the item was in the original box with all items intact. So, 1 return saved me that cost. Overall, the program does pay for itself if you make regular or higher priced items. A bunch of small purchases could also add up to create your value. Your mileage may vary, but for the price, I've found it to be a great membership to have.

Membership is great value if you are buying an expensive item and are getting immediate money back on it through a deal. The member-only sales leave a little bit to be desired though.

The membership is a good price & offers some pretty good deals.. Have only had it a moth or two so time will tell if it's totally worth it. It does have good features like a 60 day return policy on all purchases..

I’ve made my money back over and over again. I first bought the membership when buying a computer for college.

The value is too great too pass up. Weather you are just getting appliances for your home or a hardcore gamer or a student or a buisness professional this is a must for savings and value to protect your tech needs.

I am pleased with the membership and the friendliness of the staff - however instead of a gift card that cannot go towards my current purchase - I would have loved something better from being put out without a dishwasher due to shipping and miscommunication.
