I was met by a very helpful young man who gave me news I didn’t like but that’s not his fault! I wanted help with my Apple Watch that I purchased at B Buy. Intentional purchase at B Buy to avoid the Apple Store. But I understand that B Buy no longer services apple products due to the proximity of an Apple Store in Emeryville. TOO BAD! He consulted with me and helped my make a decision to wait until the problem happens again!

After purchase the terms of this deal had changed. My son’s desktop which we did buy with this service needed Geeksquad 4 months after purchasing, which I still don’t understand, but it was fixed promptly. I have made some purchases since but my membership did not bring the price down. So I’m not sure why we got it.

I just got off the phone from geek squad. I spoke with Manual,, he figured where the problem was . He got my Microsoft office subscription up n running and my printer. I am good to go working on this problem for 3 weeks he figured it out in 5 minutes. Thank you manual!! You’re the best!! Thank you Best Buy!!

Nice for drawing, it has 2 more replacements, nice sensitivity as good horizontal drawing. what is not present is the Bluetooth

Generally I find this membership to be a very good value. Some deals that are members only are worth the cost of the membership alone. But you might want to review your spending history and plans before buying because if you don’t make many purchases it might not be worthwhile for you.

It's the best membership I've ever had, I recommend it

Lots of purchase during my purchase period, but found it difficult to obtain services needed afterward. I live a distance and needed some technical help and had to drive to the store and wait around until help was finally available. Normally, I purchase from Apple directly and had not experienced this challenge.

The membership is a great value. I never knew how much it would save me with my purchases. It’s good to know how I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when shopping at Best Buy.
