I fly a lot for work and I didn't think I'd use it but its actually come in handy when I need to return something outside the non-member amount of days after purchase. Great if you travel often.

Great experience for few times I used it. If use best buy a lot definitely worth it.

This plan seems to definitely have advantages, if you plan to order somewhat often fro Best Buy.

Paying 'membership' for fake deals is stupid. A bunch of the 'deal' items can be found for the same price or better, natively, at competitors. 'Early access'/fake hype nonsense? No thank you. I'll stick to normal, ethical business & consumer practices. The main reason i bought into this scam, was the advertisement of the game department; buy more pre-order games at once for actual cost savings. You then immediately gutted it after you got more 'membership' numbers. Your shipping is still slow; you ship out those orders a day or two late, so they'll always arrive AFTER release day. Trying to get BB to price match one of the competitors is like trying to win an arm wrestling contest against a body builder. Your 'rewards' program is still garbage. And now you're trying to escape the physical media market? You've fallen hard. You're even going the same way Sears did, and it hurts watching it. My part in this scam ends now, it's time to cancel it.

It’s a piece of mind. Like having insurance that you may not use or ever need but knowing that all your devices are covered and replaceable gives you a piece of mind. It’s worth the price for all that’s included. Repairs (sometimes same day), replacements, etc

I didn't sign up for a membership, i paid $50 extra for a computer with the assumption of the price going down a d i would receive a rebate. So why am i receiving messages like i signed up for a membership. BTW the price never went down and i guess im never receiving a rebate...

great service at store. when i had trouble with some of my order. they worked with me to fix the problem. it took some time but they stuck with me through it all. i will continue my shopping with best buy.

Not great. I added it with a new laptop I bought and you tacked it on to some other email, creating a huge host of problems for me and completely inability to take advantage of any of the benefits of the program. You created the problem entirely on your own and I've called a number of times trying to get it fixed but I just don't have time to keep explaining it. You added it to an email I don't have so it's not like I can do anything about it. And you have my best buy credit cards attached to it. Yay.

Companies are trying to find ways to make money. For $50 you get benefits that should honestly be free. Considering they weren't before...fine...2 free day shipping. Fine, some "deals" others can't get. If you shop bestbuy alot, its ok. For every one else, I would just pass on this.

The membership is worth it especially if you are go na buy a laptop, desktop or anything that you would like to put a warranty on. Cheaper than just buying the warranty for the item and you get more things

I bought a washer and dryer and got a great deal. But my dyer was having issues after a month getting a replacement was an awesome deal!!!

This membership is really worth the money now that they add bonus like using your Best Buy card and getting reward certificate. Keep adding more value to this membership.
