I havent gotten an opportunity to use the membership butnim sure.thatnwhen i do it will be excellent. All the sales and service personel is always wonderful to deal with.

The discounts are pretty darn good overall I wish they had better stuff in the drops but what they do have is pretty darn good when they have something I do want.

I bought the membership two years ago. I was reluctant to set up auto renew. Today, I noticed that it auto-renewed a couple of weeks ago for the upcoming year. I went online and reviewed my savings from the membership, which was about $102 over the past two years. That covered the membership fee. Now, my purchases are becoming fewer and fewer. I decided to cancel the membership. As expected, Best Buy believes that they "earned" the remainder of this year's membership fee. They would not refund the amount that they debited from my account in advance. They were happy to cancel the membership, but a refund was not possible. The end result is that I paid $49.99 for $0 savings this year. Not setting foot in Best Buy in the future and not recommending their membership. The savings are minimal and the no refund policy, when combined with auto renew, is a bad business practice.

The Store is set up well. The people working there are top notch. Good Store.

The reward dollars add up fast. We bought our appliances at Best Buy and had enough rewards for a laptop and portable speaker. Knowledgeable staff helped simplify the buying process and we are very happy with our new kitchen.

The salesperson who helped us was very good. We told him what we needed and picked the exact thing for us. He did not in any way try to "upgrade" to a higher priced piece. Didnt push in any way it would work better. We were thankful for that.

Im glad I purchased the membership while I was buying my dryer and refrigerator. A week later I needed a new television , and the $ 50 gift card made my purchase go down to $ 104. What a deal. Thanks for offering the membership.

I have not had a chance to use this benefit yet but I will definitely look at future purchases at Best Buy instead of competitors. The personal assistance that I received from the sales person swayed me to purchase from your store.

We signed up for the membership to save on a purchase of a vacuum cleaner. The savings were equal to the amount of the $50 membership. Since the original purchase we saved another $200 on a purchase of a refrigerator. So it is worth the $50 dollars to become a member

This membership gets to very good deals especially with electronic purchases.

Membership is great for deals and points...always easy to find and buy what i need.
