I purchased a one-year membership and so far this has proven to be very helpful. I am a knowledgeable PC user but moving peripherals from my Windows 10 machine to my new Windows 11 machine was difficult. Microsoft has a big problem and I expect to see massive Windows 11 fixes/changes in the near future. A truly weak OS!

We needed a new phone and sales person said they would transfer everything over. We did not want to do it our selves. Six hours and 10% transfer. We went back to the store 3 times and it was not finished. Finally an employee that just started his shift came over and said it will never finish. Best Buy has the worst wifi in the world. He convinced us to take it home and call him while from home to finish it. He was right, it took only 4 minutes to do the transfer from the old phone to the new phone. Very dissapointed in Best Buy for wasting my day.

I love tech and Best Buy feels like a second home especially the Best Buy I go to holland mi they are legit the nicest people I go there so much the supervisor remembers my name definitely feels like a friend almost he’s great and knows so much stuff about everything always quick to help me out in general couldn’t have gotten something better helped me get everything I’ve bought and I’ve bought alot

This membership is a fantastic value, being able to extend return periods to 60 days is amazing

At the beginning I wasn’t interested in getting it but I decided to try it just for a year. Basically I got the AirPods Max really close to Black Friday and came back a couple days after and they were $30 less so I could get the price matching thanks to the membership.

I recently purchased a LG front load washer from BB. As I had not owned a front load before I had lots of questions. BB Geeks professionally and patiently answered each one and more!. They also explained the membership benefits which were too good not to take advantage of, Now I can sit back and enjoy my washer with confidence and peace of mind. From going into and exiting BB every member of their staff made what could have been daunting experience to be quite the opposite. The delivery and installation went perfectly. Thank you Best Buy.
